Pirates of Silicon Valley is a 1999 American biographical drama television film directed by Martyn Burke and starring Noah Wyle as Steve Jobs and Anthony Michael Hall as Bill Gates.
The word “Pirates” appears in the title of 'Pirates of Silicon Valley' to depict the darker side to the PC revolution. While Jobs and Gates were indisputably brilliant men, they did not invent much of the technology that is widely attributed to them.
Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, founders of Microsoft and Apple respectively, have revolutionized the relationship between the individual and computer technology. Once the exclusive domain of academia and research facilities, computers can now be found in every area of business, government, and personal entertainment.

To beat a Dalek with pure force, you'd need to use their own weapons against them, using mirrors or dodging. Another option would be to heroically rugby tackle them over from the side, and stab them in the eyestalk when they're down (this is for if you don't have a mirror, rifle, etc.)

The Dalek, however, has not killed Rose. The DNA it absorbed from her is making it hesitant, and it can feel Rose's fear, something that a Dalek should not be able to do. It contacts the Doctor, holding Rose hostage and demanding that the bulkheads are opened or it will kill her this time.
