Zigzagoon
Rayquaza
emerald is easy, depending on your starter, just use these moves when it comes to tate and liza. Just use Ice Beam on Xatu, and Surf on Claydol/Luntone/Solrock. Just use Blaze Kick on Xatu, and use Double Kick (or brick break) on Claydol/Luntone/Solrock.
List of Pokemon Who Can Learn Cut
Cut (Japanese: いあいぎり Iai Cut) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. It was HM01 prior to Generation VII. In Sun and Moon and Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, it was the signature move of Kartana.
Jaible, my Azumarill, was the Absolute MVP with consistent Crits and brutal Returns. Azumarill is the best nuzlocke pokemon hands down. Agree 100% it's so bulky and Huge Power is just amazing!
Another water-type Pokémon that is very usable. Evolves impossibly early, has pretty good bulk, hits very hard with Huge Power, a typing that is good offensively and defensively, and it gets its best moves very early, as well as having Aqua Jet and a movepool full of good moves.
Moves learnt by level up
Poochyena is the first battle in the game, and for good reason. Like many of the early Pokémon that appear, they're not really worth your time. Throughout Poochyena's progression, there's no singular point where their stats and moveset offer anything more substantial than what other dark types can give.

Linoone
Galarian Meowth, Zigzagoon, Stunfisk, and Darmanitan are also available from 7km eggs today, but they appear to be rare finds among their regular forms.
Zigzagoon/Linoone can learn Cut, Surf, Rock smash, Strength. I used a Linoone as an HM slave, and had fly on my flying type party member but also need surf/waterfall/dive, so I used Sharpedo as an HM slave as well.
Zigzagoon is a raccoon-like, quadrupedal Pokémon with bristly, zigzag-patterned fur.

Let me make this simple for you: no, Linoone is not worth it at all; it's subpar in both movepool and statline. If you want a pure normal sweep then Tauros and Ambipom are far superior choices. If you want something bulkier then yes, Snorlax is an excellent choice.
Zigzagoon can learn it, plus it can learn rock smash, strength and surf.
Obstagoon (Japanese: タチフサグマ Tachifusaguma) is a dual-type Dark/Normal Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It evolves from Galarian Linoone when leveled up at night starting at level 35. It is the final form of Galarian Zigzagoon.
Obstagoon is a powerful pokemon in Pokemon Sword and Shield. He's well worth picking up during any playthrough, and even remains useful in the post-game tournaments and the competitive pokemon scene.
Obstagoon has a very strong defense and special defense statistics. But that's really it, it can take a hard hit but they're not the Pokemon you want to put in the frontlines.
Hello Obstagoon. Obstagoon is a regional-specific final evolved form of Zigzagoon that looks incredibly similar to Gene Simmons of Kiss. The racoon hybrid shares Simmons' trademark black-and-white stage makeup look as well as his angry, tongue-sticking-out persona.
Alternatively, if you already have a Obstagoon with the egg move it can breed with Ditto.
