Towards the book's conclusion, Lorcan tells Elide that he wants to marry her and that he will bind his life to hers, losing his immortality. He does that so that she will never know a day alone. They eventually wed.
Notes. The Thirteen's deaths, and the subsequent placement of flowers on the battlefield where they died, may have succeeded in breaking Rhiannon Crochan's curse on the Witch Kingdom. As the curse states: Blood to blood and soul to soul, together this was done, and only together it can be undone.

Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas began as a Cinderella retelling that became its own epic tale along the way. Throne of Glass tells the story of Celaena Sardothien. Celaena is an eighteen year old assassin sent to do hard labor in the salt mines of Endovier for her crimes.
I recommend A Court of Thorns and Roses. I haven't gotten to the last one yet, but I like the series better than Throne of Glass so far. A Court of Thorns and Roses is also shorter, so if the writing style annoys you, you can stop after three books and still have a fully satisfying ending.

Chaol is healed, even the scar on his face that Aelin gave him in Crown of Midnight is healed. Chapter 64: The cost Yrene paid is that her and Chaol now share a life-bond. Chaol can use his legs and walk when her magic is at its fullest, when she is weak he will still need his chair.
do Aelin and Rowan reunite in Tower Of Dawn unfortunately, no. Ailen and rowan do not show up in this book. Tower of dawn is in the perspective of Chaol Westfall and Yrene Towers.

How did Empire of Storms end? Rowan arrives and puts a knife to Lorcan's throat and asks where his wife is. He's furious Lorcan gave their location away to Maeve. Aelin knew all along.
